Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed professional to join us as a KS2 SEN Teacher.
The Successful Candidate Will
1. Plan and teach lessons to Key Stage 4 students, working with small groups and individual students.
2. Prepare teaching materials, take registers, and write reports.
3. Help students develop confidence and independence, and encourage them to learn.
4. Manage behaviour, mark work, and communicate with parents and carers about their children's progress.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have
1. A committed and passionate view of students with SEND.
2. At least two years’ experience working in a SEND environment or similar provision.
3. QTS/QTLS is advantageous.

About Moorlands View School
Part of the Keys Group, Moorlands View School is a co-educational independent special school providing a supportive and personalised education for pupils aged 7-16 with complex social, emotional, and mental health needs. Many pupils are Children Looked After, living in Keys Group residential homes. The school adopts a therapeutic informed approach and offers specialist support in a nurturing environment.
