An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join one of the UK’s most respected employment law teams. The role
You’ll handle a broad spectrum of employment law matters, including:
* Advising on contracts, policies and day-to-day HR issues
* Handling complex workplace disputes and tribunal claims
* Advising on restrictive covenants, redundancies, restructures, and collective matters
* Supporting clients on data protection, outsourcing, and international employment projects
* Working with a diverse client base, from major corporates to SMEs and not-for-profit organisations
You’ll be encouraged to take ownership of your matters, supported by a highly collaborative team, with opportunities to get involved in thought leadership, client campaigns, and international projects through the firm’s global alliances.
About you
* 3+ PQE with solid grounding in employment law
* Strong drafting, analytical and client care skills
* A proactive, commercial approach and confidence in advising at all levels
* Enthusiastic team player with a collaborative mindset
