The Role:
As Head of Science, you will lead a committed department, drive academic excellence, and inspire students across all key stages. The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Proven experience teaching Science across Key Stages 3–4
Previous leadership or management experience within a Science department (preferred)
A passion for education and a commitment to raising standards
Excellent organisational and communication skills
