* Deliver and maintain proactive and effective collections processes in line with company policy.
* Ensure timely and consistent follow-up with debtors to secure payments and maintain ledger accuracy.
* Maintain up-to-date debtor contact details and record collection activity on the operating system.
* Liaise with Client Management teams to resolve sales ledger queries and support excellent client service.
* Assist with remittance advice collection and collaborate with data processing teams for accurate allocations.
