Role: Multi Skilled Building Maintenance Engineer
Location: Frimley
Hours: 40 hours per week (08:00 to 17:00). Flexibility may be required.
Contract: Full-time | Permanent

Responsibilities
* Undertake planned and reactive maintenance on a wide range of mechanical building services equipment, including boilers, pumps, compressed air systems, sanitary ware, fan coil units, air handling units, and BMS systems.
* Carry out inspection and reactive maintenance activities on electrical building services equipment within competency levels, including lighting, small power, distribution systems, and building controls.
* Support the safe operation, maintenance, and repair of all M&E building services and fabric equipment in line with Permit to Work systems, Risk Assessments, and Safe Systems of Work.
* Participate in shift patterns, on‑call rotas, and out‑of‑hours working, including weekends, to support reactive and intrusive maintenance activities.
* Use CAFM systems via handheld devices to accurately record work, monitor subcontractor performance, and support operational reporting.
Health & Safety Responsibilities
* Comply fully with company and group health and safety policies and procedures at all times.
* Take personal responsibility for maintaining a safe working environment in line with the Health and Safety at Work Act (1974) and associated legislation.
* Use all tools, equipment, and PPE correctly and report any hazards, deficiencies, or training needs promptly.
* Promote energy efficiency, participate in energy‑saving initiatives, and support continuous improvement in operational performance.
Required Qualifications
* Proven experience in building maintenance with a strong understanding of health and safety requirements.
* Knowledge of statutory compliance within a building services environment.
* Ability to write and follow risk assessments and method statements.
* Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to work effectively within a team.
* Full UK driving licence (essential).
