Salary: £30,387.50 per annum

Your Role
We are on the lookout for a passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our dedicated team. This full-time position requires working 42.5 hours per week, with shifts scheduled between 7:30 am and 6:30 pm. The ideal candidate will hold a full and relevant Level 3 qualification. Please note, this is a year-round position, as our nursery operates throughout the year.

Your Responsibilities
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:
* Ensure each child’s individual needs are met, delivering high-quality care and education in a safe and nurturing environment.
* Observe, assess, and plan engaging early years activities that support each child’s unique learning and development.
* Collaborate as a professional team member, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn new skills.
* Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring they are regularly reviewed and applied.
* Follow risk assessments diligently and report any health and safety matters to management.
* Support the holistic development of children, including their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional growth.

What You Need
To thrive in this role, you will need:
* Full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification - essential
* Fluency in written and spoken English - essential
* Over 1 year’s experience in Early Years - desirable
* Knowledge of the Statutory Framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements - desirable
