Role Summary
The Trust is recruiting Team Administrator(s) for the Purbeck and East Dorset Steps 2 Wellbeing teams.
The role provides confidential, efficient administrative support to Steps to Wellbeing patients and staff, managing high-volume calls to the contact centre, handling distressed clients, and maintaining a database of client information.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide a comprehensive administrative service to Steps to Wellbeing patients and staff.
* Manage a high volume of incoming calls to the contact centre.
* Occasionally handle distressed clients.
* Provide a high level of customer care.
* Maintain accurate client information using the database.
* Work accurately under pressure, remaining calm, courteous, and a team player.
* Work in Bearwood on Monday and Tuesday; flexible on third day; may travel to other locations if required.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
* Good customer care communication skills and an excellent telephone manner.
* Attention to detail.
* Experience working in a busy office environment.
* Self-motivated, enthusiastic and hard-working.
* Ability to cope with complex tasks and work well as part of a team.
* Previous experience managing calls in a contact centre.
Employment Requirements
* Employment requires a Standard Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, which the Trust will cover.
* Applicants with a DBS update service subscription may present a valid DBS certificate instead of a new check.
