Financial support - Advise on income, costs, margins, budgets, forecasts, and contracts. Month-end - Accruals, prepayments, revenue recognition, journals, balance sheet. Budgets & forecasts - Support planning and reforecasting. Contract/project reporting - Improve profitability, cost control, KPIs, commitments. Cashflow inputs - Provide accurate expected income and costs. Issue resolution - Work with AP/AR/procurement/ops to fix invoicing and balance issues. Audit support - Prepare evidence and resolve queries. Process improvement - Strengthen reporting, controls, and data quality. Risk escalation - Flag key risks and control issues.
