Job Description

3. Develop and execute a holistic digital content strategy across web, social media, and CRM
4. Collaborate with channel marketing, product, and cross-functional teams to align content with business objectives
5. Plan, optimise, and map website content and user journeys to improve engagement and UX
6. Manage and coordinate the social media content calendar for timely, brand-consistent messaging
7. Oversee the CRM campaign calendar, delivering targeted, data-driven communications
8. Brief and manage external agencies to ensure strategic alignment and high-quality delivery
9. Embed SEO best practices across digital content, considering AI-led search trends
10. Monitor and analyse digital performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations
11. Integrate content planning with broader marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives

The Successful Applicant

About You:

12. Proven experience in developing and executing digital content strategies across web, social, and CRM
13. You will have at least 5+ years experience in a similar role
14. Strong background in B2B and/or B2C product-led marketing or technical/solution-driven environments
15. Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, product, and technical teams
16. Skilled in SEO, content optimisation, and performance marketing
17. Ability to translate complex product information into clear, customer-focused messaging
18. Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills
19. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
20. Experience managing external agencies to deliver campaigns effectively
21. Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights

What's on Offer

22. Salary: £45,000 - £50,000, depending on experience
23. Up to 10% discretionary performance-based bonus
24. Pension Contribution
25. Hybrid working: 3 days per week in the office
26. Annual leave: 25 days of annual leave, plus all bank holidays
27. Permanent position based in Southampton
