THE BUSINESS

THE ROLE
As a Sheet Metal Fabricator, you will play a key role in contributing to the team’s success. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality sheet metal fabrications and ensuring that health and safety standards are met. The role will include a practical test, and it is advisable to bring your own PPE for this. Responsibilities include:
* Performing sheet metal fabrication and welding to high standards
* Working from technical drawings and specifications
* Participating in a practical test as part of the hiring process
* Collaborating with the team to meet project deadlines and quality expectations
* Maintaining a safe and organised work environment
* Carrying out other duties as required within the scope of the role
THE PERSON
The ideal candidate will have:
* Previous experience in sheet metal fabrication and welding
* Strong understanding of health and safety protocols
* Ability to work from technical drawings
* A positive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Willingness to undergo a practical test
* A commitment to producing high-quality work
* Good communication and teamwork skills
