Sales Coordinator - Customer Experience
In this challenging role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional customer experiences across various touchpoints. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Area Hire Manager to achieve set targets and ensure seamless delivery of customer requests.
Responsibilities include:
* To build long-term relationships with existing clients through regular contact and tailored solutions.
* To explore new business opportunities and expand our portfolio through proactive engagement and relationship-building.
* To stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market research to inform future strategies and plans.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, business, communications).
* At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales, marketing, or business development.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply and concisely.
* A proven track record of driving growth, revenue, or sales performance in previous roles.
