We are a automotive garage based in Redhill that do general repairs and servicing as well more specilalist works on performance and classic cars. We are primarily a BMW specialist but do handle general servicing works on all makes. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and advice on vehicle maintenance and repairs. You will act as the liaison between customers and the service department and management, ensuring a smooth and efficient service experience.
Full-time Service Manager
We're looking for a full-time Service Manager to join our team Power Evolution .
The Role:
This is a fast-paced role ideal for someone with prior Service Manager experience. The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, be a great communicator, and thrive in a team environment, all while helping us meet our high standards for customer service.
You will need strong organizational skills and a hands-on approach to manage and motivate a team. You should be able to train staff and ensure all targets and deadlines are met.
Key responsibilities include:
* Ensuring the workshop runs efficiently and profitably.
* Assigning work to Technicians to boost productivity.
* Keeping the Service Team updated on job progress and any necessary extra work.
* Managing hours to sell and driving retail labor sales.
* Incorporating new systems
* Produce Management reports
* Recruitment and training
* Business development
* Maintaining and improving current documentation
* Ensuring health & Safety standards are maintained
What you'll need:
* Self-motivation and excellent communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
* A professional and personable demeanor.
* Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
* Experience with systems such as Techman, Garage Hive or such would be advantageous but full training will given .
Working hours: Monday to Friday.
