InstaGroup is looking for a Retrofit Coordinator to join our growing InstaPAS team and play a key role in delivering safe, compliant, and effective energy efficiency upgrades across the UK. The Role As a Retrofit Coordinator, you will oversee retrofit projects from initial assessment through to installation and completion, ensuring all work aligns with PAS 2035 standards and follows a whole-house approach. Your work will help improve building performance, reduce energy use, and enhance comfort for occupants. You will coordinate project activities across assessors, designers, installers and compliance teams, ensuring retrofit measures are designed and delivered safely, efficiently, and in full regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate retrofit projects through assessment, design, installation and completion. * Develop and oversee Medium-Term Improvement Plans (MTIPs). * Ensure all retrofit activity follows PAS 2035 and PAS 2030 processes. * Identify and manage building risks including moisture, ventilation, overheating and structural considerations. * Review retrofit documentation including assessments, EPCs and technical designs. * Support quality assurance processes and ensure projects remain audit-ready and TrustMark compliant. * Work closely with assessors, designers, installers and compliance teams to ensure smooth delivery. What We’re Looking For Essential: * Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management * Level 3 Energy Efficiency for Older and Traditional Buildings * Strong knowledge of PAS 2035 / PAS 2030 frameworks * Experience delivering retrofit or energy efficiency projects * Understanding of UK housing construction and building performance Desirable: * Experience with ECO4, GBIS or SHDF retrofit programmes * Knowledge of ventilation strategies and moisture risk Why Join InstaGroup?
