What the job involves Your role involves being at the forefront of assessing need and risk for vulnerable children and families. You'll undertake high-quality assessments, care planning, and child protection investigations as appropriate, aiming to prevent the separation of children from their families whenever possible. You will act as a professional practicing with high-quality judgment in situations of complexity and risk, managing caseloads independently while supporting case conferences and ensuring that children and young people are adequately protected according to policies and legislation.
