Ecolab, the leading global developer of premium cleaning, sanitizing and maintenance products and services for the hospitality, institutional and industrial markets is seeking a Production Associate who will be responsible for building electrical mechanical capital units and spare parts.

What You Will Do:
5. Build electrical mechanical capital units and spare parts for each product line along with spare parts and service parts. This will be completed using work instructions and technical drawings where appropriate. Training will be given.
6. Label, Fill & Pack Bottles using a combination of automated & manual process steps.
7. Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
8. Assemble to a fixed time whilst maintaining the highest quality.
9. Actively participate in 5S & Kaizen activities.
10. Complete and document activities that measure quality and productivity in an accurate and timely manner. This could include taking weights and performing basic quality tests. Enters results on paper or in computer.
Position Details:
11. Plant location: Andover
12. Work week and shift: 8am-5pm Mon-Thurs & 8am-1pm Fri
Minimum Qualifications:
13. High School diploma or equivalent
14. One year experience in plant or warehouse
15. No immigration sponsorship available for this role
16. Must be able to lift/carry 50 pounds
Preferred Qualifications :
17. Ability to complete training and master skills that are required by position (including but not limited to Hazardous Material Safety and OTJ training)
18. Ability to understand and track safety, quality and productivity data, including run rates, fill weights, and averages
19. Mechanical aptitude
20. Experience with Total Production Management (TPM) & Continuous Improvement Systems an avantage
