Work with children aged 3-5 in an EYFS environment, fostering their social and cognitive development. Ensure the safety and well-being of all children, adhering to safeguarding policies. Collaborate with teachers and fellow TA staff to maintain a positive learning atmosphere. Maintain accurate records of children’s progress and support their transition into school. Work 10:00 – 18:00, 5 days per week, in a long-term role until the end of the academic year. Required Skills and Experience: Previous UK Pre School or Nursery experience is essential. Level 3 Early Years Certificate qualification. Paediatric First Aid Training is a must. Strong understanding of EYFS curriculum and best practices. Ability to work as a TA and support children’s learning and development. Passionate about early years education and providing a stimulating environment.
