The Role:
1. Provide admin support to the Patch Team
2. Manage district office inbox
3. Answering queries by phone and email
4. File correspondence
5. Manage house sale documentation
6. Prepare sign up packs
7. Assist Area Manager to prepare for Housing Community Network
8. Organise and populate reports
Hours of work:
9. Monday to Friday 0900-1700
Requirements:
10. 4 GCSEs at grades A-C including English Language and Mathematics or equivalent/higher qualification AND 2 years' experience in a clerical/administrative role
11. OR
12. 5 years' experience in a clerical/administrative role
13. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications
14. Well developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and complete tasks within tight deadlines
15. Ability to use own initiative
16. Excellent communication skills both written and oral to meet the needs of the post
