About the Role
You will be working 24-hour shifts including a sleep-in, providing person-centred support.
You will be supporting A. A is a 38 year old man who lives in his own home. He enjoys going for long walks, going swimming, and accessing the local community.
A is looking for an active support worker, who is over 21 years old, with a clean driving licence (due to A having his own car/insurance). A has autism. A needs support to maintain his emotional and physical wellbeing and to navigate day to day life. A needs support staff that can help him feel safe and who can work with him in a therapeutic way that facilitates this. His support does not involve personal care.
