As a Chef de Partie, you'll be responsible for managing a designated section of the kitchen, ensuring consistent quality and smooth service. Working closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
* Take ownership of your section (e.g. Starters, Mains, Pastry) and ensure dishes are prepared and presented to a high standard
* Assist with stock control and ordering supplies as required
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
* Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to ensure efficient service
* Uphold consistency, quality, and attention to detail across all dishes
About You:
* 3-5 years' experience in a professional kitchen, ideally at Demi Chef de Partie level or above
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Well-organised with excellent time management and the ability to work under pressure
* A positive and enthusiastic approach, with a desire to continually improve
* Strong team player with a genuine passion for food and hospitality

The position is based in Abergavenny (NP7). Occasional travel may be required but will be minimal.
? Salary & Hours:
£13.46 - £14.42PH, depending on experience
Full-time, 2080 hours per annum
