Job Title: Payroll Administrator
💷 Salary: £29,000 – £31,000
📍 Location: Merseyside (Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days home, initially office-based for onboarding)
📅 Start date: January 2026

🔑 Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple clients, including PAYE, pensions, and compliance
Ensure deadlines are met, timesheets checked, and statutory filings completed accurately
Liaise with HMRC, pension providers, and other external bodies
Provide professional, timely support to client queries
Contribute to process improvements and payroll audits
🙌 Ideal Candidate Profile
4+ years’ payroll experience (bureau or client-facing preferred)
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills
Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Confident communicator with excellent client service skills
Familiarity with BrightPay & Xero desirable (training available)
