This software developer role is within our software development team and is crucial for delivering projects while ensuring compliance and high-quality standards.
Principal Accountabilities:
* Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and understand project goals.
* Design and develop software applications, features, and modules using programming languages and technologies including (but not limited to) C#, .NET, IIS, AWS, MySQL, MS SQL.
* Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and standards.
* Perform testing and debugging to ensure high quality and reliability.
* Participate in code reviews for quality assurance.
* Work with QA to identify and fix defects.
* Stay updated with industry trends and propose improvements.
* Troubleshoot and resolve client-reported issues promptly.
* Contribute to technical documentation.
* Assist in deployment and maintenance across environments.
* Proven experience with the relevant technology stack.
* Proficiency in C#, .NET, MySQL, MS SQL, IIS.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Knowledge of software development best practices, including version control and testing methodologies.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
* Experience with AWS and agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
