Your responsibilities Approach and engage our guests in a friendly and proactive manner Promote guest loyalty by providing a superior selling experience Provide recommendations by utilising product knowledge and storytelling Take ownership of individual targets and KPIs Adaptable and effective one on one selling skills Support product presentation and visual merchandising Contribute to the store’s success and a positive team spirit Additional Keyholder Responsibilities Safely retain a set of store keys so that the store can be opened or closed in the absence of any management on shift During times where no management is present on shift, the Keyholder will be responsible for: completing opening and/or closing store routines, filling out daily planners, analysing reports, giving direction and support to the team and ensuring health and safety standards are adhered to at all times, This is a position of responsibility and therefore the Keyholder should support management and lead by example in all aspects of their role, demonstrating the Fossil core values and retail behaviours.
