Join Our Team as a Junior Sous Chef

In this role, you'll support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering excellent service across 14 shifts per week, ensuring prep work is completed and dishes are made to specifications.

What You'll Bring
* Experience as a Junior Sous Chef or an experienced Chef ready to take the next step in your career
* Experience working with fresh ingredients and demonstrating strong chef skills (food prep, hot and cold, cleaning, knife skills, hygiene practices)
* Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
* Self-motivated, able to work at pace with limited supervision
* Strong knowledge of allergens, kitchen essentials, and Food Safety best practices
