With a strong foundation already in Leeds, we’re now hiring experienced Delivery Consultant who want autonomy, ownership and the backing to build a desk properly.
The Opportunity
You’ll focus on the delivery side of the recruitment process: identifying, engaging and managing high‑quality candidates across your specialist market.
* Sourcing and engaging top tech talent
* Managing candidates through the full recruitment process
* Building strong candidate relationships and networks
* Working closely with consultants to deliver on live roles
* Ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience
About You
* Experience in recruitment delivery, resourcing or candidate management (at least 2 years+)
* Ideally exposure to the tech market (not essential)
* Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
* Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple roles
* Driven, ambitious and keen to develop your career
* Able to commute to Leeds office
