Job Specification: Interim Online Trading Executive
Location: Royston (2 days/week in office, flexible) *Remote working options available (/once a fortnight for London based candidates)
Duration: 6 months (potential to go permanent)
Start Date: Immediate
Reporting to: Online Trading Lead
Key Responsibilities
1. Analyse trading performance across digital channels and optimise accordingly.
2. Monitor stock levels and category performance to support commercial decisions.
3. Own weekly trade reporting and performance dashboards.
4. Schedule and manage content and category updates across the site.
5. Create and present performance insights using PowerPoint and other visual tools.
6. Project manage the trading calendar and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
7. Ensure data-driven decision-making through robust reporting and analysis.
Essential Skills & Experience
8. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Google Analytics.
9. Experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud or similar eCommerce platforms.
10. Ability to create clear, actionable reports and communicate findings effectively.
11. Comfortable managing trading calendars and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
12. Confident presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
13. Background in Fashion, Retail, FMCG, or other consumer-facing sectors.
