Seeking an Administrator to join a dedicated service provider, that offers a specialised transportation for disabled children to and from school. Job Summary:The Administrator will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our school taxi service. This position requires a highly organised individual who can manage a busy workload, handle multiple time-critical tasks, and ensure all processes comply with regulatory standards.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional organisational skills, the ability to prioritise effectively, and a commitment to maintaining high levels of accuracy and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Scheduling and Coordination:- Organise and manage daily schedules for taxi drivers and routes.- Communicate with schools, parents, and drivers to confirm pick-up and drop-off times.- Adjust schedules as needed in response to changes or emergencies. Compliance Management:- Ensure all drivers have up-to-date certifications and background checks.- Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, insurance, and inspections.- Monitor compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.Administrative Duties:- Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.- Maintain organised and up-to-date files and records.- Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required. Communication:- Serve as a primary point of contact for parents, drivers, and school staff.- Address and resolve any issues or concerns related to transportation services.- Provide clear and timely communication to all stakeholders.
