Qualifications:
* Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
* Massachusetts Licensure for Applied Behavior Analysis (LABA)
* Experience supervising home-based services, preferably at least 1 year
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to develop and implement behavior intervention plans
Location:Wakefield, MA
Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive behavior analysis services to clients aged 3 to 14 years
* Supervise and support behavior technicians in the delivery of services
* Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to enhance client outcomes
* Conduct assessments and develop tailored behavior intervention plans
* Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports for each client
* Engage in ongoing professional development and training
