Key Responsibilities: Assist with the collection of outstanding debts via phone, email, and written communication Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment statuses Support the preparation of aged debt reports and account reconciliations Liaise with internal departments to resolve invoice queries Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely payments Escalate overdue accounts in line with company procedures Provide general administrative support to the credit control team What We're Looking For: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good attention to detail and organisational abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous experience in a finance administration or customer service role is essential What's on offer: Salary £26,000 - £28,000k DOE Full training and ongoing support Career development opportunities Friendly and inclusive team environment Office based role in East Leeds Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
