Overview
We are seeking a Support Time Recovery Worker to join our busy team at Britton House Gillingham. As an STR Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting service users to live fulfilling lives. You'll provide recovery-focused mental health interventions, practical support with daily living, and help individuals access community resources. The post holder must hold a full, valid UK driving licence and have access to a car/vehicle to use for business purposes (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010).
Responsibilities
* Deliver recovery-focused mental health interventions.
* Contribute to the planning and implementation of therapeutic groups and interventions for clients and carers.
* Assist with physical health monitoring.
* Maintain accurate clinical records and communicate effectively within the multidisciplinary team.
* Promote diversity and respect individuality in all aspects of care.
* Providing service users recovery-focused mental health intervention
* Providing service users practical support with daily living
* Facilitating service users to live fulfilling lives
* Helping service users to access resources in the community
Qualifications and requirements
* Full, valid UK driving licence and access to a car/vehicle to use for business purposes (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010).
* Experience in recovery-focused mental health interventions and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
* Ability to maintain accurate clinical records and communicate effectively within the team.
