Position Overview
The VP / Director will work within a team environment, focusing on research and advisory functions. The role offers exposure to all levels of the firm, from Partners to Analysts, promoting a collaborative and collegial atmosphere.
Essential Job Functions:
* Assess marketing and supporting materials of prospective fund managers to identify key value drivers and areas for further investigation.
* Interpret financial analyses, including investment track records and financial statements.
* Assist in constructing investment decisions and communicate findings effectively, defending positions in team settings and Investment Committee meetings.
* Write Fund Summaries and Investment Memorandums according to company standards.
* Analyze data creatively and test hypotheses regarding sector attractiveness and investment opportunities.
* Form independent opinions on investment opportunities and articulate findings clearly.
* Monitor the performance of existing fund managers and investments, conducting ongoing due diligence.
* Engage with clients holding Private Debt allocations through calls and meetings, presenting research and defending investment strategies.
* Develop and present portfolio models aligned with client risk and return profiles.
* Assist in constructing client investment guidelines and portfolio allocations.
* Monitor and communicate portfolio performance to clients.
* Support Sales and Client Support teams with RFPs and client materials.
Other Desired Skills/Attributes:
* Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
* Fluent in German.
* Credibility in written and interpersonal communication.
* Leadership potential.
* Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
* Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

* Experience in valuation and investment analysis.
