This is a hands-on, site-based role, working directly within the production environment to support operations in the assembly of innovative new products, troubleshooting issues, and driving continuous improvement. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Production Engineer to join our business as we continue to scale.
This is a hands-on, site-based role, working directly within the production environment to support operations in the assembly of innovative new products, troubleshooting issues, and driving continuous improvement. You will play a key role in ensuring our manufacturing processes run smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

You'll Spend Your Time
* Working closely with engineering, product development, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless product assembly, testing and troubleshooting
* Ensuring that all assembly and testing processes adhere to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications
* Assisting with the setup, operation, troubleshooting, and optimisation of heavy machinery, tools, and material handling equipment
* Developing and maintaining manufacturing documentation such as work instructions, standard operating procedures, and process flow maps
* Upholding site safety standards and actively promote a strong health and safety culture
The Key Experience We're Looking For
* Hands-on experience working in a manufacturing or heavy production environment
* Capable of managing multiple projects and prioritising tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Safely and confidently operate power/hand tools (e.g. drills, wrenches, torque drivers, hoists, cranes and measuring instruments)
* Hands-on experience with both prototype development and new machine assembly
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, production specifications, assembly procedures and SOP’s.
* Collaborate with engineering and quality control teams to troubleshoot issues during assembly/testing
* Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
The Following Would Be Advantageous
* Relevant manufacturing certifications such as Six Sigma or PMP
* Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
* Proficient in CAD software such as SolidWorks
