Field Supervisor-

Ideally, you will have:
* Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards Level 3) and at least 3 years' experience in the care sector.
* Evidence of leadership skills.
* Experience of supporting people that have complex needs.
* Knowledge of CQC requirements and best practice
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
The Role:
* Field Supervisor have a responsibility to support the smooth running of the day-to-day care provided by carers in the absence of the Care Team Manager.
* Reporting to the Care Team Manager and working collaboratively with all Figtree House Care staff, clients, their relatives, and all other professionals as necessary.
* Field Supervisor must adhere to compliance within CQC regulations, policies, and procedures at all times and to maintain standards, aiming for excellence at all times.
Main Duties:
* To adhere to the SAFE, CARING, RESPONSIVE, EFFECTIVE, WELL-LEAD ethos, at all times.
* To liaise with Senior Carers to maintain the quality and standards of care expected.
* To ensure that the medication is safe and correct.
* To ensure that all visits are conducted safely and effectively. Reporting any concerns to the Care Team Manager.
* To liaise with GP's, social workers and any other professionals as required.
* To oversee the quality of shadowing and that new staff are signed off accordingly before they go out to clients alone.
* Supervision of the seniors and other care staff. Report any concerns to the Care Team Manager.
* To liaise with clients to provide the best service possible.
* To monitor and report any missed or late visits and other areas of concern to the Care Team Manager.
* To liaise with other professionals and other staff when necessary.
* To report staff concerns to the HR Manager as necessary, such as with conduct or attendance.
* To provide the Care Team Manager with a weekly report, addressing the service and updating with relevant information.

Schedule:
* 5 Evenings a week
