Service Advisor - Manchester
Our client, the best motor trade employer in the Northwest, are looking to recruit an experienced Service Advisor to join their expanding team.
Salary:
£28, basic
£32, + OTE (Uncapped and people earning MUCH more)
As a Service Advisor you will the first point of contact for customers in the Aftersales department. Your duties will include:
1. Checking vehicles in and out
2. Liaise with your customers ensuring the best possible customer experience.
3. Securing future work as necessary.
4. Dealing with customers' requirements for service and repair work in an efficient and courteous manner.
5. To carry out systematic follow up, up-sell and prospecting activities in order to maintain and build the volume of work for the service department.
6. Deliver exceptional levels of customer service.
7. You will also be required to promote additional products and services as well as working with the Workshop Controller and the Service Manager.
You must have experience as an Automotive Service Advisor, although further training and development will be provided with HUGE career prospects.
Working hours/days:
Mon - Fri - 8:00am to 6pm
Sat - 8:30am - 12:30pm (On a rota)
