Description
* Manage and oversee property development projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
* Prepare and monitor project budgets, ensuring costs remain within approved limits.
* Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver projects on time and to the required standard.
* Identify and mitigate risks associated with development projects.
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards within the property sector.
* Provide regular progress reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
