Following the successful launch of TYPEBEA in April 2024 and expansion into 25 international markets, the group is entering its next phase of growth—focused on scale, efficiency, and sustainable digital performance.
ROLE PURPOSE
* The Head of Digital is a senior leadership role responsible for defining and delivering the end to end digital growth strategy across all consumer touchpoints.
* Reporting directly to the CEO, this role owns digital commercial outcomes across customer acquisition, awareness, retention, and performance. The Head of Digital partners closely with Marketing, Commercial, Brand, Finance, and Operations to ensure digital channels are aligned to business priorities and delivering scalable, profitable growth.
* This role balances strategy, leadership, and delivery, ensuring clear direction, strong execution through teams and partners, and disciplined investment across all digital channels
Increase New Customer Acquisition
Drive sustainable traffic growth across paid, organic, marketplace, and platform-led channels.
Build Awareness & Scale
Expand reach and revenue through marketplaces and emerging platforms, including TikTok Shop.
Grow High-Quality Organic Traffic
Establish SEO as a core growth pillar through technical excellence and content strategy.
Increase Retention & Lifetime Value
Strengthen CRM, loyalty, and customer journey strategies to drive repeat purchase and engagement.
Scale paid media and creator-led creative while improving return on spend and performance consistency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Own and lead the global digital strategy aligned to company-wide commercial objectives
* Translate business goals into clear digital priorities, roadmaps, and investment plans
* Take accountability for digital budget allocation, performance, and return on investment
Set annual and quarterly objectives across acquisition, retention, awareness, and efficiency.
* Lead the multi-channel acquisition strategy across paid media, marketplaces, SEO, creators, and emerging platforms
* Drive traffic growth with a focus on quality, scalability, and long-term value
* Oversee expansion and optimisation of marketplaces and TikTok Shop as key awareness and growth channels
Partner with Brand and Marketing to ensure creative and messaging support acquisition and scale.
Organic Growth & SEO
Own the organic growth strategy across all markets.
Guide technical SEO, content, and platform strategies to drive high-quality, sustainable traffic.
Use insight and performance data to prioritise initiatives that unlock organic growth opportunities.
Retention, CRM & Loyalty
Define and evolve the CRM and retention strategy to increase repeat purchase and customer lifetime value.
Oversee customer segmentation, lifecycle journeys, loyalty mechanics, and engagement frameworks.
Ensure alignment between paid acquisition, CRM, and retention initiatives.
* Establish performance frameworks and reporting across all digital channels
* Use data and insight to continuously optimise channel mix, spend allocation, and creative effectiveness
* Ensure attribution, measurement, and testing approaches support informed decision-making
* Champion a culture of performance accountability and continuous improvement
Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Lead and develop a high-performing digital team (1–2 direct reports)
* Set clear expectations, priorities, and accountability for internal teams and external agency partners
* Act as a senior digital leader within the business, influencing stakeholders at all levels
* Work closely with Marketing, Brand, Commercial, Finance, and Operations to drive alignment and momentum
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & CAPABILITY
* 8+ years’ experience in senior digital, growth, or performance leadership roles
* Proven experience driving customer acquisition, retention, and digital performance at scale
* Strong commercial acumen with experience managing significant digital budgets and ROI
* Deep understanding of paid media, SEO, marketplaces, CRM, and attribution models
* Experience leading teams and agency partners in a fast-paced environment
* Experience within Beauty, FMCG, or consumer brands preferred but not required
* Strong communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Comfortable operating in high-growth, evolving businesses with multiple priorities.
