Key Responsibilities of a Transaction Manager:
13. Support the Sales Executives in structuring deals and securing vehicle finance approvals
14. Present and sell finance, insurance, and warranty products in line with regulatory requirements
15. Monitor performance metrics and drive consistent improvement in sales conversions
16. Ensure full compliance with FCA regulations and internal processes
17. Build strong relationships with customers, maintaining the highest standards of customer care
18. Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to develop sales strategies and achieve departmental targets
