Working closely with Microsoft, partner and internal sales teams, as well as wider regional and central functions, this role plays a key part in driving partner‐led growth across the Microsoft portfolio.The role focuses on leading and developing a team of Partner Development Managers (PDMs), building effective partner strategies aligned to Microsoft priorities, and enabling pipeline creation and co‐sell execution through clear, structured and commercially sound partner‐led go‐to‐market approaches.Key Responsibilities* Lead, coach, and develop a team of Partner Development Managers (PDMs) to drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue across Microsoft solution areas* Create and execute a partner strategy and territory plan that aligns partner motions to sales priorities and customer needs* Establish a strong rhythm-of-business: forecasting, QBRs/MBRs, pipeline reviews, and executive communications that remove obstacles and accelerate execution* Drive co-sell execution with partners and internal sales teams: joint account planning, opportunity qualification, deal shaping, and close plans* Ensure accurate pipeline management and activity tracking in CRM, maintaining high standards for data quality and inspection* Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders across Sales, Partner Programs, Marketing, Engineering, Operations, and Finance to unblock execution and accelerate partner outcomes.Skills and Experience We’re Looking For* Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage customers, partners and internal stakeholders at all levels.* Confidence using data and reporting (e.g. Excel / Power BI) to support decision‐making and team focus.* A structured approach to forecasting, pipeline management and prioritisation in a fast‐paced sales environment.* Proven people‐leadership experience, including coaching, performance management and developing an inclusive team culture.* Working knowledge of Microsoft commercial solutions and partner motions, or transferable experience within partner‐led sales environments.* An understanding of partner ecosystems (SI, ISV, distribution and managed services), with experience using CRM or partner/sales tools and a focus on data quality.What we offer:* AXA Health Insurance and Dental Plan Options - available for you and your family through a salary sacrifice scheme* Rising holiday allowance at Year 2 and Year 5* Birthday day off* Employee Referral Bonus - help us grow our team and get rewarded for introducing great talent.* Employee discounts and wellness perks* Modern offices with breakout spaces, free tea and coffee, and a private wellness room* Development opportunities with clear career progression and trainingYou don’t need to meet every requirement to apply.
