Key Responsibilities:
1. First point of contact for clients
2. Resolving queries and managing any complaints
3. Responding to a busy inbox and any web-chat queries
4. Updating an inhouse CRM accurately, maintaining spreadsheets and any general admin
Personal Requirements:
5. Previous call centre/handler experience is essential
6. Strong communication skills with the ability to solve problems
7. Must have at least 5 years UK residency for security clearance

Hours: Monday to Friday on a shift basis 0800-1630, 0830-1700 or 0930-1800.
Salary: £26,500 plus 5% annual bonus, making the salary £27,825
