Monarch Education are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a supportive secondary school located in Northampton, with an immediate start. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support classroom activities, help manage behaviour, and provide additional help to students who need it.
