Customer Service Admin Location: Sheffield, S9 Salary: £12.21ph Contract Type: Temp to Perm Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (9:00am - 5:00pm) A leading consultancy, working on behalf of a key organisation in the energy sector, is currently seeking an experienced and organised Customer Focused Administrator to join a busy back-office team based in Sheffield. This is an excellent opportunity to support the delivery of nationwide energy upgrade projects that have a direct impact on households across the UK. The role will involve supporting customer-facing activity, including the coordination of appointments and surveys, as well as ensuring all information is accurately recorded and processes are followed to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities: Delivering high standards of customer service to clients and stakeholders. Accurately inputting and maintaining data across multiple systems. Liaising with both internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless operations. Handling incoming telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner. Developing a sound understanding of various customer application requirements. Ensuring tasks are completed in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Working collaboratively to meet strict deadlines and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Demonstrating confidence and clarity in all customer interactions. The Ideal Candidate: Proven administrative experience, ideally within a fast-paced or customer-focused environment. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when handling data. Strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner. A proactive team player who is comfortable working to targets and deadlines. Positive, adaptable and professional approach.
