You must:
1. Hold a full and relevant childcare qualification
2. Have experience working with teams
3. Have the ability to motivate and inspire others
4. Be passionate about providing the highest quality childcare
5. Have the ability to work on own initiative
6. Have in-depth knowledge of the EYFS, relevant policies, legislation, and safeguarding
