The Role
This is a rewarding and fulfilling position where you will play a key role in supporting children's early development while working as part of a compassionate and dedicated team. Key Responsibilities
Support engaging, play-based learning experiences both indoors and outdoors
Promote children's emotional wellbeing, development, and independence
Contribute to observations and learning journeys where appropriate
Build strong, trusting relationships with children, colleagues, and families
Work in partnership with parents to support each child's individual needs
Follow safeguarding procedures and maintain the highest standards of careWhat We're Looking For
Level 2/3 Early Years qualification or relevant childcare experience (for unqualified applicants)
A warm, caring, and patient approach
Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset
A genuine passion for supporting young children and their families
Basic knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding, or a willingness to learn
