Person Specification
8. Experience supporting pupils with SEMH needs either in a school or similar setting
9. Ability to implement behavior management strategies effectively
10. Patience and emotional resilience when working with challenging behavior
11. Strong communication skills to build rapport with vulnerable students
12. Confident in setting appropriate boundaries while maintaining a positive approach
13. Have a current DBS on the update service or willing to provide a new one
