We are recruiting for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a highly regarded firm known for combining City-level expertise with a collaborative and down-to-earth culture. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading Dispute Resolution team handling complex, high-value and often multi-jurisdictional matters.
Typical duties will include:
* Managing a varied caseload of complex commercial disputes, including contract, shareholder and corporate matters.
* Handling cross-border and multi-jurisdictional work.
* Managing matters from initial instruction through to resolution.
* Working directly with clients, directors, and key stakeholders.
The successful candidate:
* Has 4-8 years PQE in commercial litigation.
* Is confident managing their own caseload and taking ownership of matters.
* Is commercially aware and comfortable advising clients directly.
* Demonstrates strong communication skills.
