What This Role Is All About
As a Senior Coach at T2FIT, you represent the standard. You're not just delivering sessions, you're helping people transform their lives while mentoring younger coaches, refining our systems, and helping the business grow.
You coach as an extension of the head coach. You think about the bigger picture. You're trusted to lead, innovate, and maintain the high-performance environment that makes T2FIT one of the most impactful gyms in the country.
Key Responsibilities
1. Coaching Delivery
* Independently lead Small Group Personal Training sessions that are engaging, technically sound, and client-focused.
* Deliver Large Group Conditioning sessions with energy, intention, and strong time/space management.
* Ensure that each session builds trust, reinforces client confidence, and aligns with T2FIT's coaching model.
2. Client Management & Support
* Conduct check-ins and personal goal audits every 4 weeks.
* Build and update client transformation case studies to track and celebrate wins.
3. Client Onboarding & Consultations
* Lead onboarding assessments and movement screens for new clients.
* Confidently conduct consultation sessions, asking the right questions, identifying goals, and guiding people toward solutions.
* Ensure new clients are fully connected within their first 14 days.
4. Team & Culture
* Contribute to coach education, including peer feedback sessions and CPD days.
* Help junior coaches improve through support, not hierarchy.
5. Club & Programming Development
* Participate in programming refinement, giving input from the gym floor.
* Support wider gym improvements, whether it's flow, layout, or client experience.
* Take pride in the environment by spotting issues and solving them proactively.
KPIs & Metrics
* Client Retention: 95%+ rolling
* Check-in Compliance: 100% timely and consistent
* Conversion rate: 75%+ post 90-days
* Peer & Client Feedback: Positive and constructive in reviews
Hours
* 40 hours per week (paid):
* Includes coaching, check-ins, consultations, meetings, and development time
* Morning and evening shifts
Pay & Perks
Salary Band: £29,000 – £31,000
