About Straumann
The Straumann Group unites global reach, experience, and innovation with passion and a commitment to uncompromising quality, making enhanced dental healthcare available and accessible to customers and patients around the globe. The group includes brands such as Straumann, Neodent, Anthogyr, Medentika, ClearCorrect, Dental Wings, and others.
In 2017, Straumann entered the clear aligner market by acquiring US-based ClearCorrect, enhancing its orthodontic technology and expertise. We value our people and culture, fostering trust, collaboration, diversity, agility, learning, innovation, responsibility, and ownership, driven by a player-learner mindset.
Summary of Position
While a leader in dental implants, Straumann aims to build a new orthodontic market segment in Western Europe. The Clinical Specialist will oversee clinical activities for ClearCorrect providers, support case confidence and submissions, and assist practitioners with treatment planning and technical issues, especially using our software ClearPilot. Initially, the role focuses on supporting the Treatment Planning Team by validating treatment plans and addressing clinical queries, without direct clinician interaction.
After 12 months, responsibilities expand to providing clinical support to dentists and orthodontists, including case evaluation, treatment planning, provider education, data analysis, and training. The role involves collaboration with sales, marketing, and regional teams, supporting product updates, and participating in high-performance business activities.
