Senior Consultant – Treasury – London – Perm/Temp Due to ongoing growth within our Professional Services division, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Consultant to take ownership of our Treasury recruitment desk, covering both permanent and temporary hiring across London with the potential to expand nationally. This opportunity is ideal for a Senior Consultant or above who wants to operate in a highly specialist, senior‑level market with strong client demand and excellent earning potential. The desk focuses on mid‑to‑senior Treasury appointments, partnering with a wide range of businesses including FTSE‑listed organisations, multinational corporates, private equity–backed groups, and high‑growth companies. We recruit across senior Treasury roles such as Treasury Manager, Head of Treasury, and Group Treasurer. You will inherit a warm desk with strong brand presence, consistent demand, and the autonomy to shape and grow the Treasury offering further. Both permanent and temporary hiring activity continue to increase, providing dual‑stream earning potential and long‑term stability within a high‑value niche. There is also significant scope to expand this market nationally, leveraging existing relationships and developing new partnerships across major UK hubs. You will join a collaborative and high‑performing Professional Services team known for its expertise, market credibility, and supportive culture. The team regularly shares knowledge, works closely across related specialisms, and provides structured development to support long‑term consultant progression.
