THE POSITION: Senior Medical Writer
THE OPPORTUNITY: Join an energetic and growing multidisciplinary team of healthcare communication professionals, developing innovative solutions to client challenges. We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Medical Writer with a proven ability for generating and leading clear, accurate, and creative work. This is a full-time position based at our global head office in Cheshire, with flexible options for remote working. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
* Lead the delivery of multiple projects or programmes of work in accordance with individual project briefs and overall account priorities.
* Support development of team members by reviewing work, providing constructive feedback, and informal mentoring.
* Apply knowledge and understanding of the pharmaceutical industry to address client needs, building influential relationships through the application of strategic thinking.
* Contribute to account growth and new business development proposals and activities to secure new business within existing and new accounts.

* High level of commercial acumen, enabling active contribution to account growth and business development.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
* Scientific knowledge and understanding.

QUALIFICATIONS:
* Degree in science, preferably life sciences; PhD or MSc is desirable.
