Level 3 Teaching Assistant (Lead Practitioner in Nursery Inclusion Hub)

We are a 1.5 form entry school with 45 children per year group.
We are looking to temporarily appoint a highly motivated and enthusiastic Level 3 TA who would lead a Nursery Inclusion Hub provision called Blossom, alongside skilled colleagues. This is a temporary position within a caring, dedicated and friendly team who support one another to be their best. This is an exciting opportunity for a well-read, experienced and highly capable teaching assistant, who feels they are able to lead the practice and the development of others within the Nursery Inclusion Hub. The Hub itself supports 5 nursery aged children in the morning, and another 5 in the afternoon. The high adult to child ratio allows for intensive interactions and high-quality support and provision for children with complex communication and learning needs.
