They are currently looking for a skilled Scrum Master with extensive financial services experience to join their team for a contract until the end of the year. Job Responsibilities/Objectives You will lead Agile delivery, enable high-performing teams, and ensure alignment with the delivery, risk, and regulatory frameworks. Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives). Act as a servant leader to drive Scrum adoption and team effectiveness. Identify, manage, and remove impediments impacting delivery. Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure backlog readiness. Track and report Agile metrics (velocity, burn-down, sprint progress). Promote continuous improvement and ensure adherence to governance standards. Required Skills/Experience The ideal candidate will have the following: Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage risks, dependencies, and cross-team coordination. Scrum certification (CSM/PSM/SAFe) and experience in banking/financial services preferred.
